I am Jennifer Dages, a registered nurse and seasoned driver on my own journey to balance my insulin levels and take control of my weight. The journey to good health isn’t an easy one, especially with so many backseat drivers in the world telling you to take shortcuts that ultimately leave you further behind than where you started.
I know, I’ve been there.
In 2016 I lost 40 lbs and 3 clothing sizes, which I have kept off since. I also brought my blood sugars down out of the pre-diabetic range, for which I am very grateful. I can help you do the same.
Diets don’t work if they don’t work for YOUR life. In the Purposeful Nutrition mentorship group, you get the coaching and support you need to get out of the cycle of unsustainable fad diets and into the driver’s seat of your own journey to long term health.
How does it work?
My approach is mentoring you through the low-carb, high fat diet and intermittent fasting. Purposeful Nutrition is not a rigid plan, it is a journey for YOU to discover what works for YOU and your body. And, I am here to coach and encourage you all along the way!

Coaching Lite Program
You can have an initial consult call for 1 hour for just $100. Then I will offer a subscription of $25/month for a 15 minute call monthly and as much email support as you need. This offer is great for those who know what to do, but are struggling with fine tuning and with accountability.

Regular Coaching Program
My regular price is $100/hour. Those who purchase a block package of $5 hours will get one free hour added on to the package so $500 for 6 hours. It can spread over 3-6 months if needed. This offer is still available at any time that it is needed. This offer also includes my courses to help supplement the information you need to grow and make necessary changes.

” In January of this year, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance. My doctor referred me to a Weight Management doctor, but this was with the idea that I would need to begin taking medication to address the insulin resistance.
