The GAPS diet is a healing diet and much of the reason I started this page. In the beginning of 2013 my oldest daughter who was then 15 went on the GAPS diet to find healing for her irritable bowel syndrome. Through following carefully this grain free, sugar free diet she has made great strides in her health. As a result I do all I can to promote it to others because it really works.

Chris Feuille – Chris and his wife Anna run the website WBKitchen making and selling GAPS legal snacks. He spent several years on the GAPS diet and found great healing for his digestive issues.
